DISTRICT NURSING SERVICE

The district nurses work with the practice team to help ensure that patients and their families receive the care and support they require to remain at home.  Patients and their carers can make direct referrals for help and advice by ringing the surgery.  The receptionist will notify the District Nursing Team.
